We have had some truly wonderful clear, sunny and very cold (even for Denmark) days this week. The timing couldn’t be more perfect, since it’s winter holiday. We have really been enjoying the the weather and we have spent a lot of time at the playground nearby. Even though we were dressed in warm clothes it can still get a bit cold, but with sunbeams against our cheeks and with a treat of sweet, lovely hot chocolate everything has been just perfekt! So tasty and SO great for our frozen fingers.

There are endless variations to hot chocolate and some more complicated then others. These 3 are all easy to make and by decorating them with whipped cream or marshmallows you almost get a whole dessert.
