Growing cress is a very satisfying small project for both impatient children and adults. The seeds already germinate within two or three days! And the fact that it becomes something you can eat, makes it an unbeatable beginners project for the kids. The shoots will be long enough to snip off and eat after five to seven days.

For us it’s a must to grow cress for easter and when it’s done in small eggshells, it looks really lovely and suits the easter table perfectly.
