A good Nut Crunch served with plain yogurt and fresh seasonal berries can taste like a feast. Especially if it is served on a Sunday morning with tones of quiet jazz and plenty of time to enjoy. This Quick & Easy Nut Crunch is a favorite of ours! It is both healthy, quick and easy to make and tastes absolutely divine. Make sure to make a double portion.


Recipe

You will need:

• 1dl almonds, chopped roughly
• 1dl hazelnuts, chopped roughly
• 1dl sesame seeds
• 3 tablespoons coconut oil
• 4-5 tablespoons cinnamon
• 2-3 tablespoons of honey
• A pinch of salt

How to:

  1. Heat a frying pan with coconut oil.
  2. Roast the almonds and hazelnuts in oil.
  3. Add sesame seeds and cinnamon.
  4. Heat until golden brown and then add honey and salt. Stir.
  5. Let the muesli cool on a baking pan covered with baking sheet.
  6. Store in a mason jar.

Tip!

You can use all kinds of nuts – make the muesli with nuts that you love. The sky is the limit!
