Finally, spring is here. Maybe you have felt it long before us, but here in Denmark the weather has been rainy and cold right until now. But now, against all odds, during these uncertain times, we are getting new energy from sunshine, birdsongs and buds on the trees. We are feeling exuberant, hoping and longing for everything to go back to normal as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, it is still not the right time for any of us to invite friends and family to big dinner parties. We still need to take care of each other and keep a distance. But for all of us who are lucky enough to be isolated with our closest and dearest, we can use the opportunity to celebrate spring and enjoy that we have each other. So go get your linen napkins, clean up the silver cutlery and set the table for a delicious spring dinner. Spring is here!
