So simple and so incredibly good. These wraps are perfect as a starter or as a part of a spring or Asian buffet. My kids love them (and the idea of making wraps out of lettuce leaves). Make half of the filling a little bit less spicy, if you are going to serve them for both children and adults.

Recipe

You will need:

• 400 g crayfish tails(chopped)
• 100 g cream cheese
• 0,5 cup sweet chili sauce
• ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
• Salt & pepper
• Romain lettuce

How to:

Make the wraps:
1. In a bowl, mix chopped crayfish tails, cream cheese, sweet chili and chopped parsley.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Spoon filling into lettuce leaves,  sprinkle with some chopped parsley, and serve.
