To buy at Blisscopenhagen.com, you must state: name, address, e-mail address and telephone / mobile number.
The above data and purchase informations are stored for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates (Accounting Act §10).
Information will not be passed on or sold to third parties, except in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure of data will always be in accordance with applicable privacy laws. As a customer, you have the right to access our registration data about you.
You can object to a registration in accordance with the rules of the law concerning the processing of personal data. Inquiries in connection with this can be sent via e-mail to info@blisscopenhagen.com.
Payment
You can pay with credit card or MobilePay in the webshop. The amount will be deducted from your card when the item is shipped.
Shipping
We ship your goods as soon as possible after your order. The order is usually sent the same day, or the first working day after it is received. You will receive a track & trace link where you can follow your package. You can see the different shipping prices at checkout.
Free shipping in Denmark for purchases over € 100.
Return & exchange
If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to find a good solution. You have the right to cancel your purchase and return your item within 14 days of receipt (receipt of your package. All returns are at your own expense). Returned goods must be in the same condition as on receipt – unused and with original packaging and labels. Items are returned to:
