Halloween has taken Denmark by storm. What started with a good deal of skepticism has now become commonplace. Rules have even been made so that you clearly can see if people are a part of the festivities – a pumpkin outside one’s front door shows that you are game. Smart!
Our kids love Halloween! They love going all-in on creepy and over the top outfits, being out after dark and not least the excitement of lucrative donations – lots and LOTS of candy.
Halloween is so much fun, but it is also easy to get carried away and take on to many projects, from ghastly suits and make up, buying sweets, cutting pumpkins to decorating the house. But Halloween can also be an easy and fun way to brighten up the autumn darkness throughout most of October.
Everything from food, cakes and drinks can easily be transformed into something scary (let the kids come up with spooky names for what you cook) and there are lots of simple DIY’s you can do. And why don’t let your teenager make a spooky playlist which can be played all month.
We have lined up some really cool and yet simple ideas for your Halloween and it all starts with these creepy Itsy Bitsy spiders…
