If you’ve never tried smashed potatoes before, you are in for a treat! These Easy & Crispy Smashed Potatoes are some of our absolute favorites. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. In this recipe we used Herbes de Provence for seasoning, but you can also use garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes or just keep them plain and simple with salt and pepper. Enjoy!

You will need:

• Potatoes
• Olive oil
• Salt
• Pepper
• Herbes de Provence

How to:

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender.
  2. Place the potatoes on a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Smash the potatoes.
  4. Drizzle with oil.
  5. Sprinkle with, salt, pepper and Herbes de Provence.
  6. Bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes at 200°C / 400 °F.
