These rye bread chips with hot smoked salmon are perfect as a small appetizer and they are so deliciously good! So good, that it’s really hard to resist taking just one more. Recipe
You will need:
Serves 4 as an appetizer
• Rye bread chips, store-bought or make your own
• 100 g hot smoked salmon
• 1 small red onion
• 150 ml sour cream 38%
• A bunch of dill
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Salt and pepper
Decoration:
• Dill
• Radishes
How to:
- Chop the red onion finely.
- Divide the salmon into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the salmon, onion, sour cream and finely chopped dill. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- When serving, put the salmon mixture on a piece of rye bread chips. Decorate with dill and thin slices of radish.
Tip!
If you can’t get hot smoked salmon, cold smoked salmon works just fine.
