Can’t you get enough of nice little rainbows either? – As print on posters, in the form of a pillow or the Yarn Rainbow Wall Hangers? We definitely can’t and the Yarn Rainbow Wall Hanger is an absolut favorite of ours. Not least because it is a simple and nice little DIY project. Combine your favorite colors and it can fit most places in your home.

Recipe

You will need:

• 130 cm rope
• Scissor
• Tape or washi tape
• Yarn in 3 different colors
• Hot glue
• Needle and thread

Tip!

You can also glue it together with hot glue instead of sewing it.

How to:

  1. Lay out a piece of rope in a rainbow shape.
  2. Cut and wrap ends with washi tape or painters tape.
  3. Wrap yarn around each arch of rope.
  4. Hot glue the ends.
  5. Sew the arches together.
  6. Make a thin small loop aout of the rope and wrap yarn around it.
  7. Hot glue the loop at the center of the top as a hanger.
  8. Remove the tape.
  9. Unravel to fray.
  10. Cut the ends of the rope to size.
