Espresso Martini is an absolute favorite cocktail of ours! It is a tasty, refreshing classic and when delicious and creamy nothing can ruin your evening.

The story behind this delicious cocktail tells that tt was invented in 1983 by Dick Bradsell, a London bartending legend. One evening he was serving a young model in his bar in Soho. After a long working week, she was very tired, but refused to miss out on the party. Therefor she ordered a cocktail that could: “Wake her up and fuck her up!” We’re not sure about the last thing, but it sure can wake you up after a long week of school runs… 

Recipe

You will need:

30 ml Vodka
30 ml Coffee liqueur
30 ml Espresso, cold
Ice
3 Coffee beans

How to:

  1. Start to chill a martini glass with ice.
  2. Pour the vodka, coffee liqueur and espresso into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
  3. Shake!!! And then shake some more!! That’s is how to create the frothy top.
  4. Once shaken, remove the ice from the now chilled martini glass.
  5. Strain into the glass.
  6. Garnish with 3 coffee beans
