Classic Fluted Loaf Pan 1.4 liters.

Classic sugar cake shape with beautiful pattern from Nordic Ware. The mould is made of cast aluminium with a non-stick coating that allows the pastry to come off easily and be baked in an even and efficient way.
Let the pastry rest in the pan for 10 minutes before turning it upside down after baking, then it will lightly detach from the mold. Does not withstand machine washing.

Description

Nordic Ware

Use of Nordic Ware’s baking moulds:
– Wash the mould with warm water and dishwashing liquide before first use and after each time you use the mould.
– Before each baking, butter the pan thoroughly. Feel free to use a baking brush if you have a mould with a lot of detail. Sift over the flour or cocoa to cover the butter.
– Recipes may vary, only fill the mold to 3/4 to avoid the batter overflowing.
– Avoid metal tools that can scratch the non-stick coating.
