A good Nut Crunch served with plain yogurt and fresh seasonal berries can taste like a feast. Especially if it is served on a Sunday morning with tones of quiet jazz and plenty of time to enjoy. This Quick & Easy Nut Crunch is a favorite of ours! It is both healthy, quick and easy to make and tastes absolutely divine. Make sure to make a double portion.
Recipe
You will need:
• 1dl almonds, chopped roughly
• 1dl hazelnuts, chopped roughly
• 1dl sesame seeds
• 3 tablespoons coconut oil
• 4-5 tablespoons cinnamon
• 2-3 tablespoons of honey
• A pinch of salt
How to:
- Heat a frying pan with coconut oil.
- Roast the almonds and hazelnuts in oil.
- Add sesame seeds and cinnamon.
- Heat until golden brown and then add honey and salt. Stir.
- Let the muesli cool on a baking pan covered with baking sheet.
- Store in a mason jar.
Tip!
You can use all kinds of nuts – make the muesli with nuts that you love. The sky is the limit!
