This refreshing non-alcoholic summer drink is the perfect choice during the summer – for both big and small.

The holiday feeling has slowly but surely ingrained itself and although the weather forecast says rain most of the time, we have also been lucky enough to have had days of sunshine. But high temperature has been hard to find. So insted of spending hours and hours on the beach, we have been spending some extra time in the kitchen trying out new ideas for opcoming recepies for the blog.
There has also been time to cook some old classics like our rhubarb lemonade and frozen strawberry cheescake. Yummy!

In addition, we are working on a new and exciting project, that we look forward to unveil very soon. 😉

In the meantime, we want to share this delicious and refreshing alcohol free summer drink. It is wonderfully cooling and we love that the raspberries don’t make it too sweet and it maintains it’s freshness. However, we usually make two pitchers – one for the kids that is a little bit sweeter and one for the adults, that is less sweet and with more sparkling water.

And can we just talk about the super cute glasses! Aren’t they just adorable? They are from the classic French brand called La Rochere and can be bought at Magasin.
