These two tasteful & easy aioli are a must when we’re serving crayfish.

Want to enjoy crayfish in a more simple way then hosting a crayfish party? Then we suggest that you simply serve your crayfish with these two tasteful & easy aioli, some bread and a glass of cold white wine or a cold beer. And voilà! You’ve got yourself a feast.

What makes these 2 aioli extra simple, is that we have used ready-made mayo from our local supermarket (we prefer Hellman’s organic mayonnaise). Then we mix it with some greek yoghurt, which makes it more light than a regular aioli and a perfect match for the crayfish. If you do have the time, go ahead and make your own mayo as a base for the aioli – we just like to make it really easy for ourselves sometimes.

Recipe

🍋 Lemon Aioli

You will need:

• 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp. Greek yogurt 10%
• 3 tbsp. lemon juice and grated zest from half an organic lemon
• 2 tsp. finely chopped chives
• 1 pressed garlic clove
• Salt og peber

How to:

  1. Mix mayonnaise, Greek yoghurt, lemon juice, finely chopped chives, grated lemon zest and squeezed garlic in a bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Keep in refridgerator until serving. 

🌶️ Chili Aioli

You will need:

• 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp. Greek yogurt 10%
• 1 crushed garlic cloves
• 1/2 finely chopped red chilli
• Salt and peber

How to:

  1. Mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, crushed garlic and finely chopped chilli in a bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Keep in frindge until serving.
