You will need:

• Glue
• String
• Scissors
How to:
- Cut out two identical rectangles.
- Fold them like a fan with equal folds.
- Tie the two fans together in the middle with string.
- Now unfold the fans so that you get a rosette. Glue the edges together where the two sheets meet.
- Attach a string to the back of the star for hanging.
